Counselling & psychological services

Get your mind an M.O.T.

A thoughtful place to pause, make sense of what’s happening, and find a way forward that feels like yours.

For children, young people, adults, couples, and families — in person, online, or by telephone.

A steady place to start

Support that meets you where you are.

We are a professional family-run practice offering private talking therapies and psychological services face-to-face in the North East of England, including Sunderland and Newcastle, and in Liverpool. Online or telephone support is available across the UK when that is the right fit.

Our work is warm, collaborative, and grounded in experience. You don’t need to arrive with the right words — we can begin with where you are today.

01

Human first

A safe, confidential relationship shaped around the person, not a template.

02

Experienced care

Qualified psychological professionals who bring clarity, skill, and kindness.

03

Flexible access

Choose face-to-face, video, telephone, or a rhythm that works for you.

04

Practical progress

Space to understand what’s happening and build tools for what comes next.

Our approach

There is no one-size-fits-all way to feel better.

We combine professional expertise with a genuine understanding that every person, relationship, and workplace carries a different story. Our role is to listen carefully, make things clearer, and work alongside you.
