We want contacting MOTWB to feel straightforward. This page explains what information we use, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Privacy notice
The essentials, in plain language.
Who we are
Moment of Truth Well-being Group Ltd (“MOTWB”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides counselling, psychological assessment, supervision, coaching and well-being support. Our website is www.motwb.co.uk.
Information we collect
When you use our enquiry or contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and the message you send us. The form may also ask which service you are considering. Please avoid including urgent or highly sensitive information in a website enquiry.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand which part of MOTWB may be able to help, arrange contact, and communicate with you about your request. Our lawful basis is your consent when you choose to submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and managing our service appropriately.
Screening tools
The screening tools on this website run entirely in your browser. Your answers and scores are not sent to MOTWB and are not collected or stored by this site.
Other websites
Our website includes links to third-party services, including the Tacklit booking and client portal, and Samaritans. Those services have their own privacy notices and terms. Please read them before sharing information or using their services.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies or similar technologies needed to make the site work and, where enabled, to understand general website use. We do not use cookies to collect or store answers from the screening tools. Your browser settings can be used to manage cookies. If optional analytics are enabled, they are provided through our website analytics service and can be blocked through your browser or available privacy controls.
Keeping information
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, maintain an appropriate record of contact, meet professional or legal responsibilities, and resolve any concerns. We then securely delete it or make it anonymous where practical. We do not keep screening answers or scores on this site.
Your UK GDPR rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask us for access to your personal information, rectification of inaccurate information, erasure, restriction of processing, portability of information, or object to processing. You can also withdraw consent where we rely on consent. To ask about these rights, please contact us using the details below. Screening aids, not diagnosis
The screening tools are designed to help you reflect on recent experiences and decide whether a conversation may be useful. They are screening aids only, not a diagnosis, clinical assessment, or substitute for professional advice.
Not an emergency service
This website and its contact form are not monitored as an emergency service. In an emergency, call 999 or go to A&E. You can contact Samaritans free on 116 123. Please do not wait for a website reply if you or someone else is in immediate danger.
